Our Purpose and Vision
Who We Are
INHO is dedicated to fostering educational development.
Our Commitment
INHO (Investing in Human Development), a U.S.‑based nonprofit governed by IRS income‑tax regulations (Registered Nonprofit: 99‑2122216), is dedicated to breaking the cycle of chronic poverty in Haiti through education, nutrition, healthcare, and sustainable community development. Founded in 2019, INHO works hand‑in‑hand with local communities to nurture dignity, resilience, and opportunity—ensuring that every child has the chance to learn, grow, and thrive. From scholarships and school programs to mobile clinics, reforestation projects, youth leadership initiatives, and food security efforts, INHO empowers children, youth, and elders in underserved neighborhoods and remote areas. Our purpose is simple yet powerful: to transform lives by investing in human potential and building pathways toward a stronger, more hopeful Haiti.

Education
Youth Learning
Beth‑Tikva is a safe home founded by INHO for children escaping gang violence and hunger. Here, every child—from pre‑K to college—receives full educational support, including scholarships, school materials, and enrichment classes in climate science, computer programming, and practical skills. Two of our young women are now studying to become physicians, and each year the children proudly design and sew their own uniforms. Beth‑Tikva is where safety, learning, and hope come together.

Agriculture
Sustainable Practices
INHO’s agriculture program equips young people with practical, sustainable farming skills so they can feed themselves and their communities in a country facing severe famine and the collapse of traditional agricultural systems. Our goat‑farming initiative is especially vital: goats are resilient, reproduce quickly, and provide milk, meat, and income — making them one of the most reliable sources of nutrition in Haiti’s current crisis. By training youth to raise livestock and cultivate the land responsibly, INHO promotes long‑term self‑sufficiency and helps families build a future where food security is possible again.

Health
Wellness Initiatives
INHO’s health program strengthens community well‑being by providing essential medical services and practical education on health and wellness through trusted partnerships. In a country where access to care is limited and preventable illnesses are widespread, our mobile clinics, screenings, and health workshops offer children and families the support they need to stay healthy and safe. By combining direct care with education, INHO empowers communities to make informed decisions and build healthier futures despite Haiti’s ongoing crisis.
Our Partners
INHO warmly welcomes partnerships with organizations, institutions, and individuals who share our commitment to empowering children, youth, and vulnerable families in Haiti. By joining forces, we can expand our impact, strengthen communities, and build sustainable solutions that bring hope and dignity where it is needed most.
